Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Instructions (Read Carefully) To start a return, you must contact us at support@shopfidus.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label. That address is a logistics facility and cannot process returns. We will provide you with the correct return address via email. If you send the package to the address on the label without contacting us, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@shopfidus.com. You must include photos and video showing the defect or the wrong item clearly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items Not Received (Tracking says "Delivered") If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for refunds if the tracking information states "Delivered".

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind) If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Cancellations You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot cancel it.
